Job description:
As a member of the Payswix family, you will play a vital role by joining our Senior IT System Administrator. - Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions to meet the organization’s current and future needs;
- Lead critical system and network troubleshooting efforts, providing expertise to ensure minimal downtime;
- Implement, monitor, and manage advanced security systems, including firewalls, encryption protocols, and access controls, to protect critical data and infrastructure;
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and performance assessments to ensure systems meet evolving business requirements;
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level administrators, fostering a culture of learning and development;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and IT-related projects;
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance IT operations and align with organizational goals;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures;
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize services and identify cost-effective solutions;
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents with urgency, ensuring minimal disruption;
- Perform other tasks delegated by the manager or the company’s CEO as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT system administration or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructures;
- Proficient in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and enterprise-level technologies, including Active Directory and Azure (Intune, AIP);
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization platforms like Proxmox or VMware;
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including setting up and managing Conditional Access;
- Some experience with network technologies, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs;
- Proficiency in using automation tools like PowerShell or scripting languages to streamline IT operations;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with stakeholders;
- Fluent level of English (C1 or higher);
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, or similar, are highly desirable.

Salary
1600-1800 €/mon. net
