Job Description:
As a member of the Payswix family, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility across all channels, from managing promotional materials to creating engaging social media content. Key responsibilities:
- Design and create online marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, promotional emails, social media layouts and other materials;
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
- Website Maintenance and Design: You will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s website: updating content.
- Additionally, you will create visually appealing graphic designs that align with the brand’s identity and help attract and retain clients;
- Manage social media accounts: Take charge of our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), creating and scheduling engaging posts, and growing our digital audience;
- Create visual content: Develop social media posts, reels, and other basic visual content (experience with tools like Photoshop is a bonus);
- Manage graphics and visual development (with guided templates);
- Assist team with strategies to increase market awareness and brand activation;
- Other duties that fall into the position and are delegated by the manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, PDF, PhotoShop;
- Good analytical skills;
- Can-do attitude and not afraid of taking on additional responsibilities;
- Work fast and smart, iterate quickly;
- Fluency in English – excellent command of both written and spoken.

Salary:
- 1500 €/mon. net
