Job Description:

We are looking for a team member who can help ensure smooth and efficient operations for office staff, as well as contribute to the overall growth of our team in the finance sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing office maintenance and organization
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and other information flows, ensuring effective internal communication, and welcoming guests
  • Organizing meetings, business trips and company events
  • Ordering office supplies, printers and accessories, office food, and beverages, and maintaining inventory
  • Managing assigned documentation and data (e.g., health books, orders, etc.)
  • Performing assigned tasks and providing versatile assistance to colleagues from other departments
  • Carrying out other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office administrator (or in a similar role)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Quick thinking, time management skills, and the ability to handle large information flows
  • Responsibility, independence, and proactivity in daily tasks
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact easily with different people

Salary:

  • €900-1100/month net
  • The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience and competencies
