Business Product Owner

Responsibilities:  

  • Shape and Prioritize the Product Backlog 
    Maintain a clear, organized, and continuously evolving backlog that reflects business goals and user needs. 
  • Craft and Champion the Product Vision 
    Define a compelling vision and strategy for the product and ensure it is well understood across the organization. 
  • Translate Ideas into Actionable Requirements 
    Gather insights from stakeholders, customers, and market trends, turning them into clear, value-driven user stories. 
  • Drive Value Through Prioritization 
    Evaluate and rank features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility to ensure high-impact delivery. 
  • Collaborate Closely with Development Teams 
    Act as the voice of the customer within agile teams, ensuring smooth communication and shared understanding of product goals. 
  • Validate and Approve Deliverables 
    Review completed features against acceptance criteria and decide what is ready for release to users. 
  • Manage Stakeholder Expectations 
    Serve as the central link between business stakeholders and the development team, aligning priorities and keeping all parties informed. 
  • Monitor Product Performance and Impact 
    Use analytics, user feedback, and KPIs to assess how the product is performing and where it can be improved. 
  • Ensure Compliance and Strategic Alignment 
    Keep the product aligned with legal, regulatory, and technical requirements while supporting broader business objectives. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience; 
  • Genuinely passionate about payment solutions and the innovation they bring to businesses and consumers. 
  • Skilled in project management, with a strong drive to deliver impactful payment products and services. 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, successfully leading products from initial concept through to go-live approval. 
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams while maintaining a highly professional attitude. 
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and native-level proficiency in Lithuanian. 
  • Background in financial institutions, including experience in electronic money institutions or banks.

Salary 

1700-2500 EUR/mon. net. 

The final offer will be made based on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
