Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative IT Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and can confidently drive projects forward.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate tasks for developers (task clarification, prioritization, and expectation setting);
• Plan and structure developers’ workloads to ensure timely delivery;
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed deadlines;
• Actively communicate with internal stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and align expectations;
• Proactively follow up stakeholders to keep projects moving forward;
• Work with systems related to internet banking, KYC, and understand overall system flows (no deep technical knowledge required);
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports covering work completed by both internal teams and external vendors;
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously (typically 1–2 major projects plus several smaller ones);
• Ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management;
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving 5+ stakeholders or team members;
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach to work;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture;
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with different teams;
• Proactive, initiative-driven personality with the ability to take the first step;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results;
• Flexibility, curiosity, and ability to adapt to new challenges;
• Fluent English (working language).

Salary:

• €2,000 – €2,500 net per month.
