Job description:
- Protecting the company against legal risks and violations;
- Examine the legal issues related to the company new products and services;
- Prepare and maintain Company's legal documents;
- Implement regulatory changes into contracts, policies, procedures;
- Consult and provide result-driven advice work colleagues in any legal related matter;
- Preparation and coordination of contracts concluded by the Company;
- Collection, systematization, analysis of legal information, presentation of conclusions;
- Ensuring the legality of the company's activities;
- Work with the data protection related questions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an in-house lawyer;
- A higher education degree in Law;
- Curiosity and attention to detail;
- Eagerness to grow professionally;
- Native level in Lithuanian;
- Interest in financial institution’s activities.
