Job Description:

The Junior IT System Administrator is responsible for supporting companies IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems and network.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems;
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues.
• Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks;
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues;
• Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems;
• Collaborate with senior administrator on IT projects and initiatives;
• Document IT processes and procedures;
• Other jobs that fall under the duties and are delegated by the manager and execution of other orders of the company’s CEO.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience as IT Service desk or Technical support specialist;
• at least secondary education and (or) acquired professional qualification;
• native level Lithuanian and fluent level of English (C1, B2 level);
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure components such as MS Intune, AIP, Azure CA;
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory would be advantage;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication abilities;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT administration.

Salary

1000-1200 €/mon. net
(A final offer will be made based on the candidate’s experience and competencies.)
